ADDF and ISOA initiate, sponsor, and co-sponsor conferences to stimulate new ideas and approaches in areas of interest. The conferences bring together outstanding physicians, scientists, and policy makers from the United States and from the international community.
How to apply
To begin the application procedure, applicants are required to complete an electronic "Letter of Intent." After review and approval of the "Letter of Intent," we will invite a full application, whereupon the applicant will be sent an email with a link to the electronic application form. In addition, one hard copy of all materials with original signatures should be mailed to:

Once we have received the electronic and hard copies of the application, the scientific review process will begin. The review process is expected to take about three months. Updates on the status of your application will be available during the course of the review process by inquiries with our scientific staff.
If a "Letter of Intent" is not consistent with our mission, we will send a declination email explaining why we cannot invite an application at this time.
