Randal Sandler is a Partner and Co-Founder of FirstGen Content, a film and television production company with a presence in Connecticut, New York, and Los Angeles. Prior to founding FirstGen, Randal spent nearly thirty years at Bridgewater Associates, one of the world's leading investment management firms, where he held a range of senior roles spanning research, trading, client service, and marketing. He concluded his tenure there as an Independent Director of the Board, as well as a Board Advisor, serving as a mentor to senior leadership and management.

Randal is deeply committed to philanthropic and civic engagement. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation since 2004, where he is currently Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Executive Committee. He has been a Board Member of the National Association for Urban Debate Leagues since 2013.

Randal holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with Honors in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
