Robert A. Belfer is Chairman Emeritus of Belfer Management LLC, a private firm specializing in the energy, real estate and financial services sectors.

Mr. Belfer is a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School. He and his wife established the Robert and Renée Belfer Family Foundation, which has given extraordinary support to a wide variety of renowned educational and nonprofit institutions.

Niranjan Bose is currently the Managing Director, Health & Life Sciences at Gates Ventures, LLC, where he serves as the Science Advisor to Mr. Bill Gates and oversees a portfolio of philanthropic investments in Global Health, Alzheimer’s Disease and US Healthcare. Prior to joining Gates Ventures in August 2014, he was the Chief of Staff to the President of the Global Health Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

During his tenure at the Gates Foundation, he was responsible for managing the enteric vaccines portfolio (rotavirus, cholera, enterotoxigenic E coli and shigella) as well as the clinical stage pneumococcal vaccine portfolio.

Prior to joining the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, he was with Strategic Decisions Group (and SDG Life Sciences), where he was a Senior Consultant and assisted clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with strategy development, company valuations, portfolio management frameworks, revenue forecasting, and competitive assessments. 

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Disease Data Initiative as well as Global Health Labs, a non-profit organization advancing innovations for primary healthcare settings in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Since 2022, Niranjan has been a member of the Board of Directors at Inventprise, a biotech company focused on advancing novel, highly impactful vaccines using a proprietary technology, with the goal of providing life-saving interventions globally.

Niranjan holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College and an MS in Biological Sciences and BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. He also received a Business Bridge Diploma from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Roberta Diaz Brinton, Ph.D. is Director of the Center for Innovation in Brain Science at the University of Arizona, where she is Professor of Pharmacology and Neurology in the College of Medicine.  Dr. Brinton is an internationally recognized leader in Alzheimer’s research and development of therapeutics to prevent, delay and treat the disease. Her research has been continuously funded by NIH from her pre-doctoral years to the present. Early and sustaining ADDF support enabled clinical development of the first regenerative therapeutic for Alzheimer’s disease. Outcomes of her discovery and translational research have led to National Institute of Aging funded clinical trials. Dr. Brinton has published over 200 scientific articles, holds multiple patents and her research has appeared in over 100 global media outlets including in the New York Times, ABC, CBS and Science Friday. Dr. Brinton was awarded the  Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation’s 2017 Melvin R. Goodes Prize, Woman of the Year by the California State Senate, Science Educator of the Year by the Society for Neuroscience and Los Angeles Magazine Woman of the Year.  She was also recognized as one of the Ten Best Minds by US News and World Report. For her decades of commitment to science education for inner city youth of Los Angeles, Dr. Brinton received the Presidential Citizens Medal.

Gavin Cook is a senior executive at Eisai US, where he serves as Executive Director, Global Alzheimer’s Disease Commercial, Patient Journey and Project Management Head

Gavin leads the Global Alzheimer’s disease commercial, patient journey and project management teams at Eisai, a company that has been committed to AD research for over four decades. His work includes overseeing global marketing, business analytics, competitive intelligence, diagnostics and project management. Gavin joined Eisai in 2020 and moved into his current role in 2022. Prior to Eisai, he spent 16 years at Glaxo Smith Kline in a variety of global and local roles in both the UK, Europe and the US.

Gavin received a bachelor’s degree with honors in Business and French from the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. Originally from the UK, Gavin is married with 2 children and outside of work enjoys running half and full marathons (slowly.)

Nancy Corzine is one of America's leading furniture and textile designers. Among her prominent clientele are President Clinton, Donald Trump, Judith Ripka, Alec Baldwin, Madonna, Brad Pitt and Sharon Stone. Ms. Corzine has written a best-selling book, Nancy Corzine: Glamour at Home, published by Rizzoli International. Her work has appeared in numerous publications, including Traditional Home, House Beautiful, O at Home, House & Garden, Veranda, and Elle Decor.

Over the years, she single-handedly built her business as well as raised three children. After nursing her mother for nine years through Alzheimer's, Ms. Corzine has been devoted to the ADDF's mission to find effective drugs to prevent and treat the disease. She is also an advocate for animal welfare and education, having funded a teaching scholarship at UCLA and established a scholarship for deserving students at the Interior Design Institute in Orange County. Ms. Corzine divides her time between New York City and Los Angeles.

David Dolby is an active technology investor and philanthropist based in San Francisco. Under Ray Dolby’s mentorship, David has developed a strong skill set to identify tough problems worth solving and ways to change the world through technology and media. David oversees a portfolio of family investments across a wide range of asset classes that include private equity, venture capital and real estate. He directly manages a portfolio of over 20 venture investments ranging across Internet technology, aerospace, digital marketing and retail platforms, Alzheimer’s drug discovery, cognitive health, medical diagnostics, security and cryptography, 3D printing, virtual reality media platforms, independent film impact investments, and consumer products.

David serves as a director of Dolby Laboratories and is a member of the technology strategy committee focused on long-term growth opportunities. David is also a director of Cogstate Limited, where he serves on the audit, nominating and governance, and compensation committees. David is also the CFO of the Ray and Dagmar Dolby Family Fund, supporting a variety of not-for-profit initiatives in academic and research institutions, and other social impact sectors. David serves as a board member of Tipping Point focused on addressing root causes of poverty in the Bay Area.

David has a BSE in Civil Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. David has studied overseas in Salamanca, Spain; Oxford, England; and Erlangen, Germany. David completed a year-long program at the Philanthropy Workshop West with a focus on impact investing. David has been a guest speaker at the Milken Global Conference and various impact investment and philanthropy conferences. David participates regularly in public company directors’ programs, including Stanford University’s Rock Center for Corporate Governance and Harvard Business School. David is committed to honoring Ray Dolby’s values, his belief in supporting highly innovative cultures, and in furthering the impact of his outstanding legacy.

Lanny Edelsohn, MD, is a board certified neurologist with Christiana Care Health System. He is a clinical professor of neurology at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, where he also serves as the director of neurology. Dr. Edelsohn has served Christiana Care in multiple capacities, including leading the Stroke Task Force in 2000, a term as president of the Medical-Dental Staff, and many years on the executive committee of the staff and the Board of Directors of Christiana Hospital. In 2013, the Lanny Edelsohn M.D. Neuro Critical Care Unit was opened in honor of Dr. Edelsohn's contribution to stroke care.

Dr. Edelsohn is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and completed medical training at Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia. His medical internship was at Hahnemann Medical College Hospital in Philadelphia and his neurology residency was at Harvard Neurology (Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, the Beth Israel and Children's Hospital Medical Center), Boston.

Bonnie Pfeifer Evans is a real estate agent for Corcoran Group Real Estate; a small business owner of Healthy Chocolate NY, a distributor for Xocai Healthy Chocolates; and Co-Trustee of the Charles Evans Foundation, which honors the memory of her late husband.

Ms. Evans was the Founding Director of the DISHES Project for Pediatric AIDS, which merged in 1998 with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the nation's leading industry-related AIDS organization. She has received prestigious awards such as the Women's Theatre Project's "Women of Achievement" Award, Northern Lights Alternatives' "Vision Award," Little Flower Children's Services of New York's "Recognition Award," Youth EnterNet's "Issues Awareness Award," the "Manhattan Magazine Award," and Edwin Gould Services for Children & Families' "Humanitarian Award" and Honoree of their "Dream Extreme Kite Boarding Challenge" for battered families. She resides in New York where she continues to touch the lives of many and extends her helping hands to those in need.

Melvin R. Goodes joined Warner-Lambert Canada as manager of new product development in 1965 and quickly rose through the ranks to become CEO and Chairman Worldwide in 1991. He helped the pharmaceutical company become a major player in the prescription drug industry by bringing Lipitor to market in 1996. Lipitor had sales of $2.2 billion in 1998 and is one of the largest selling drugs in history.

Mr. Goodes earned his bachelors of commerce degree and was granted an honorary Doctorate of Laws from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was a Ford Foundation and Sears Roebuck fellow. In 2010, Mr. Goodes made headlines with a landmark speech revealing his early-stage Alzheimer's disease and pledging his all to speed the search for new therapies.

Nancy Goodes enjoyed a successful career in the fashion industry, primarily working for and with JCPenney for over 20 years. Beginning her tenure as a buyer for JCPenney, she eventually joined a wholesale company as a designer and merchandiser of children’s clothing where she continued to do private label for JCPenney.

For her local philanthropy in Vero Beach, Ms. Goodes received the Indian River County Philanthropist of the Year. She manages the Goodes Family Foundation, which has supported the Goodes School of Business at Queens University in Canada. She and her husband, Melvin R. Goodes, have committed significant support and resources to the ADDF in an effort to speed the pace of drug discovery for Alzheimer’s disease. In 2012, she and Mel Goodes were presented with the ADDF’s Chairman’s Award. She is a 1974 graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).

Adam Hoffman is President of The Foundation For A Better World, a foundation focused on finding a cure for neurodegenerative diseases. He is also a Healthcare Analyst at GMT Capital, based in Atlanta, GA. In this dual role, he is responsible for grant making and investment of significant capital ranging from early-stage medical research initiatives and venture philanthropy to larger public equities. Since joining The Foundation For A Better World in 2018, he has helped establish the FFBW as a significant and consequential philanthropy in the field of neurodegenerative disease drug discovery.

In a past life, he was a professional musician, producer and manager who founded and led a successful band, The Shadowboxers. The group toured the globe, playing thousands of shows with numerous high-level artists for over a decade. He co-produced the group’s penultimate album with Justin Timberlake.  

Adam is a graduate of Emory University where he studied business and creative writing. Adam resides in Atlanta, GA where he lives with his wife and daughter. 

Rachid Izzar is Executive Vice President, Global Product Strategy & Commercialization, and has served on the Executive Committee since July 2021. He is also responsible for the global Alzheimer’s disease and dementia and Biosimilars business units at Biogen.

Mr. Izzar joined Biogen in October 2019 as President of the Intercontinental Region, including Latin America, Australia, Asia, Japan, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Russia, and the Biosimilars business unit. Before joining Biogen, he was a Country President for AstraZeneca in France. He held several leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including responsibility for all business and commercial operations, as well as the build-out and management of the global cardiovascular franchise. Before that, he was based in Shanghai and served as Vice President of Strategic Transformation, led the China portfolio, and served as Vice President of Commercial International covering China, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Latin America, Asia, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.

 Mr. Izzar holds an M.B.A. from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada and a graduate diploma in Business Transformation from Harvard University.

Ann Jackson has been an operating executive in both large public companies and private equity portfolio companies for more than 30 years. Ms. Jackson began her career at Time Inc., a division of Time Warner. After graduating from Columbia Business School in 1980 she joined Time Inc. as a financial analyst. Over the next 23 years she held positions as a Business Manager at Money Magazine and Sports Illustrated, Direct Mail Manager for Time Life Books based in London, General Manager of People Magazine and then launched the first two successful magazines in 20 years – InStyle and Real Simple. During her last three years at the Firm Ms. Jackson was responsible for The Women’s Magazine Group, and all print and on line development as well as acquisitions in this market.

In 2004 Ms. Jackson joined Ripplewood Holdings LLC in New York where her role was Chief Executive Officer of WRC Media, a Ripplewood Portfolio Company. WRC was an online and print educational publisher with divisions across the country. Ms. Jackson developed a strategy for the company, recruited key team members including a new CFO, General Counsel, and COO. This team re-organized the company, closing unprofitable divisions and building high growth businesses. WRC was successfully sold at EV 15X and EBITDA11x in 2007.

From 2007 to 2008 Ms. Jackson was EVP Global Business Development at Sotheby’s based in New York with offices in London and Hong Kong. At Sotheby’s Ms. Jackson built a global marketing and business development team around a shared strategic plan.

Another private equity firm, Catterton Partners, recruited Ms. Jackson in 2009 as a turnaround agent for their portfolio company, Healthy Advice Networks, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ms. Jackson acted as advisor to the senior management team of this healthcare education company. Their businesses included consumer facing television programing in doctors offices, professional education for medical professionals directly fed to back offices, and an online site serving both the consumer and the medical community. Ms. Jackson helped the CEO and his team build the brand and develop new sources of revenue, significantly increasing profitability.

 Ms. Jackson has served on non profit boards throughout her career, including God’s Love We Deliver, Cosmetic Executive Women, Cancer Research Institute (dedicated to funding research in the area of cancer immunology), the Board of Trustees of Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, Destination College and The International Biomedical Research Alliance, a collaboration of the NIH, Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Ms. Jackson served on the Cancer Research Board for 10 years and acted as Chairman for 5. Her current board responsibilities are The International Biomedical Research Alliance and Destination College (not for profit).

Ms. Jackson graduated from Middlebury College in 1974 with a degree in English Literature, Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude. She earned her MBA at Columbia University with a concentration in Finance in 1980. She has three children who live and work in New York City.

Miia Kivipelto, MD, PhD, is Professor of Clinical Geriatrics at Karolinska Institutet (KI), Center for Alzheimer Research, and senior geriatrician and Director for Research & Development of Medical Unit Aging at Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden. Part of her Nordic-UK Brain Network (NBN) multidisciplinary research team (around 100 researchers and clinical staff) is located at University of Eastern Finland and Imperial College London (ICL), UK, where she has part time position as Professor. Her frontline research findings have been published in leading journals (330+ publications, H-index 75) and she has received numerous prestigious national and international awards.

Dr. Kivipelto’s translational research focuses on the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of cognitive impairment, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Through epidemiological studies, Prof. Kivipelto has identified various lifestyle and vascular risk factors for dementia and interactions with genetic factors and clarified underlying mechanisms. She has developed the first tool for predicting dementia risk based on midlife risk profiles. This is still one of the few validated risk scores in the field and is in clinical use (including clinical trials). These findings paved the way to the current prevention trials.

Professor Kivipelto is the PI of the landmark FINGER Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) (Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability), which is the first large-scale trial showing that a multi-domain lifestyle-based intervention can reduce the risk of cognitive and functional impairment among at risk persons from general population. FINGER has caused a paradigm shift, i.e. cognitive decline is no longer an inevitable consequence of aging, but can be prevented with multidomain interventions. This pragmatic model is now tested and adapted worldwide, and Professor Kivipelto has launched the World Wide FINGERS network, a unique interdisciplinary network to share experiences, harmonise data, and plan joint international initiatives for the prevention of cognitive impairment/dementia (40+ countries currently involved). She is also founder of the FINGERS Brain Health Institute (www.fbhi.se) aiming to find novel solutions to promote brain health and prevent cognitive impairment and dementia.           

Professor Kivipelto has also contributed to understanding of biological mechanisms underlying dementia/AD and she is actively involved in phase I-III clinical trials and is leading several international consortia. She is often invited to the the leading global dementia conferences and task forces, including the G8 Dementia Summit, WHO ministerial meeting in Global actions against dementia and dementia risk reduction guidelines, Neurology and Covid-19 Global Frorum, among others.

She has received numerous of prestigious awards, including the Ryman Prize, New Zealand (2020), Arthur C. Cherkin Award, USA (2019), Swedish Doctoral Union Alzheimer prize (2018), Neuroscientist of the Year (Finland, 2018), MetLife Foundation Major Award for Medical Research (2016), Swedish Alzheimer Research Foundation Major Award (2016), Waijlit and Eric Forsgren’s award for dementia researcher (2015), Best PI at KI award (2014) and AXA Research Award (2014), Karolinska Institutet Skandia’s Lennart Levi prize (2013), Junior Chamber International Award for Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (2011), Academy of Finland Award for Social Impact (2009).

Gary Lauder is the Managing Director of Lauder Partners LLC, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm investing primarily in information technologies. He has been a venture capitalist since 1985, investing in over 100 private companies. He serves on the Technology Advisory Board of Liberty Global International, the Advisory Board of Santa Clara University's Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, and on the Transportation Committee of the Town of Atherton. In the 1980s, he worked at the venture firms of Aetna, Jacobs & Ramo Technology Ventures, as well as Wolfensohn Associates. He holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is the co-creator of the Aspen Institute's Socrates Society with Laura, his wife. He is a member of the inaugural class of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship Program.

From time to time, he publicly advocates on subjects that are important, but misunderstood, primarily: 1) preserving and improving our patent system for the benefit of tech entrepreneurs who innovate in fields where patent protection matters, and 2) improving decision-making on transportation to alleviate traffic congestion. He has had a working cable modem (usually) in his home since 1994. He is co-inventor of 16 patents, has spoken at over 100 industry forums, and, since 1992, has published several articles about the future of the cable industry...that he still stands by.

Laurence C. Leeds, Jr. (“Larry”) is the former Chairman of Buckingham Capital Management, Inc, a New York based investment advisor which closed in 2019. He entered the investment industry in 1988 as an analyst for The Buckingham Research Group, Inc. He later started and co-managed Buckingham's RAF fund, which invested primarily in retail, apparel, and footwear related equities. Prior to Buckingham, he had a fulfilling career in the apparel industry which began in 1955, when he joined the Manhattan Shirt Company, founded by his great-grandfather in 1857.  After a series of promotions, he became the President in 1968.  In 1974, he became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Industries, a post he maintained until 1988. One of his notable stories was his role in the discovery of the designer Perry Ellis and the launching of his career.

Leeds is a graduate of the Lawrenceville School and received a BA from Yale University and a MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.  For many years he was the Republican District Leader for the New York 66th Assembly.  He has served on the Development Board of Yale University and the Board of Carnegie Hall, D.A.R.E New York, and Phoenix House. He currently serves on the Boards of the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation, FIT Foundation, Prep for Prep, New York Junior Tennis & Learning, and the Hudson Institute. Additionally, after 15 years as a Trustee, he now serves as an Overseer of NYU Langone Health.

Leeds served on active duty in the United States Naval Reserve from 1952 until 1955.  He has two daughters, Ashley and Tracy Leeds, and six grandchildren. He was also the father of Cary Leeds, who passed away in 2003, and loving husband to Dalia Benary for over 60 years until her passing in 2016. He remarried in 2022 and lives in Palm Beach, Florida with his wife Ginger. ​​​​​​​

Richard C. Mohs, PhD, is Vice President of Clinical Development at Agenebio. He also serves as Chief Scientific Officer for the Global Alzheimer’s Platform (GAP) Foundation, which works to improve the speed and quality of drug development for Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Mohs retired in 2015 from Eli Lilly and Company, where he was Vice President for Neuroscience Early Clinical Development and Distinguished Research Fellow within Lilly Research Laboratories. From 2011 through 2015, he led a team of clinical scientists conducting first in humans through proof-of-concept studies of molecules being developed for the treatment of brain diseases, including Alzheimer's. Dr. Mohs joined Lilly in 2002, working initially in the early phase development group.

Dr. Mohs received his doctorate is psychology from Stanford University and completed postdoctoral training in pharmacology at the Stanford University Medical School. Before joining Eli Lilly in 2002, he spent 23 years with the Mount Sinai School of Medicine where he was professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Associate Chief of Staff for Research at the Bronx Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

As the chairperson of the ADDF’s Board of Overseers Sharon has been instrumental in our efforts to bring awareness and visibility to Alzheimer’s and the need for a cure. In 2017, Sharon was the recipient of the Charles Evans Award and to helped raise $1.2M for the Fall Luncheon—a record breaker at that time.

Prof. dr. Philip Scheltens studied at the VU University Amsterdam, Netherlands, gaining his MD in 1984, and PhD in 1993. He was appointed as Professor of Cognitive Neurology in 2000 and founded the Alzheimer Center at Amsterdam University Medical Centers in that same year, which he directed until 2022. Currently he is partner at EQT group and heads the Dementia Fund at EQT Life Sciences, that he started in 2020.

In his current job, he leads the Investment Team of the Fund and sits on the board of three portfolio companies: Aviado Bio, NOBI, AstronautX and is special advisor to New Amsterdam Pharma, the first company the team invested in, now listed at the NY Stock Exchange. Outside his daily work he serves on the Board of The Netherlands Bach Society, the Prinses Beatrix Spierfonds, and chairs the scientific advisory board of the Alzheimer Center Amsterdam and is a member of the  scientific advisory board of the Stichting ALS (NL), Julius Clinical (NL), the Swiss Synapsis Foundation, the Race Against Dementia Foundation (UK) and special member of the Geller Commission (UK).

He has been the (inter)national PI for over 35 studies, including phase 1-3 multicenter clinical trials. He supervised >100 PhD theses since 2000. He founded and led the Dutch National Plan against dementia and served as chair of the board until 2021. He currently sits on the advisory panel of the Dutch National Strategy for Dementia 2022-2030.

Philip served as co-editor-in-chief of Alzheimer’s Research & Therapy from 2013-2022 and co-led various EU projects. He authored over 1250 peer reviewed papers and > 75 book chapters and co-edited several major textbooks.

He is member of the Royal Dutch Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) since 2011 and was member of the board from 2015-2020. In 2016 he was awarded the European Grand Prix for Alzheimer’s Research. In 2020 he was Knighted in the Order of the Netherlands Lion by the King of the Netherlands. In 2021 he was elected honorary member of the European Academy of Neurology. He also acts as chair of the World Dementia council since 2021. In 2023 he received the Bengt Winblad Lifetime Achievement Award for his lifelong dedication to the field of Alzheimer Research and Care.

Alice Shure has worked in feature films for over 20 years. In 2007, she co-founded AMICI Productions with producer Janice Stanton to develop and create high-quality documentary films about contemporary artists and significant social issues. She previously formed Shurefire Productions in 1993. Ms. Shure began her career in film production working for Stanley Jaffe at Paramount Pictures and Jaffe Lansing Productions.

As a trustee of the Charles Evans Foundation, Ms. Shure has focused her philanthropy on Alzheimer's-related organizations, including the ADDF, the New York City chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, and the New York Stem Cell Foundation. She also is involved with New Yorkers for Children's Guardian Scholars Program, providing college tuition support for young women in foster care. Ms. Shure was born and raised in New York City and educated at the Fieldston School and Sarah Lawrence College. She is a widow with two adult sons. Her father was a victim of Alzheimer's disease.

Thomas S. (Tad) Smith, Jr. is currently the CEO and a director of Home Care Assistance, Inc., where he has served since November 2020. Previously, he was the President and CEO of the global auction house Sotheby’s, serving from March 2015 through October 2019, and then stepping down after successfully selling the company. From February 2014 to March 2015, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Madison Square Garden Company, a diversified media, entertainment and sports company. From 2009 to February 2014, Mr. Smith was President, Local Media, of Cablevision, as well as responsible for Cablevision Media Sales. From 2000 to 2009, he worked for Reed Elsevier Group PLC, a worldwide media company, where he last served as chief executive officer of the company’s U.S. business-to-business division, Reed Business Information. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business. Mr. Smith currently serves as a board member of Lindblad Expeditions, the publicly listed adventure travel company based in New York, as well as Ocean Outdoor UK Ltd., the publicly listed outdoor advertising company based in London. Mr. Smith also serves as a board advisor of Los Angeles-based technology company Verishop and as a board member of New York-based technology company Simulmedia. Mr. Smith is also the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Zero Gravity Corporation, which provides science and tourism flights in zero gravity environments, and has numerous other private and venture investments. Mr. Smith serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board of Harvard Business School, the Advisory Board of the Hospital for Special Surgery, the President’s Council for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and the board of directors of the Prostate Cancer Foundation as well as the board of governors of the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation. Mr. Smith received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School where he was a George F. Baker Scholar and a Horace W. Goldsmith Fellow. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, where he received the R.W. Van de Velde Award.

Laura Steele is the Senior Vice President of US Neuroscience and has served the company for over 20 years in sales, marketing, payer, business development, and General management leadership roles. Laura joined Lilly in 2003 as a Sales Representative and, since then, has taken on various roles across the company, supporting Diabetes, Biomedicines, Migraine, Neuroscience, and the International Business Unit. From 2021-2024, Laura served as the President and General Manager for the Northern European Hub, including the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. 

Laura graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Laura has served as the Vice Chair of the American Pharmaceutical Group in the UK and a Board Member of The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry. As an ABPI board member, Laura has been the Lead Board Member for the Regulatory Science Group and the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority Group. Laura is a Board Member for Ascenion St. Vincent in Indianapolis, IN.

Sally Susman is Executive Vice President, Policy, External Affairs and Communications at Pfizer Inc., the world's largest research-based pharmaceutical company. She is a member of Pfizer's Executive Leadership Team, chairs the company's Political Action Committee and is Vice Chair of The Pfizer Foundation. Ms. Susman also heads the firm's corporate responsibility group and plays a key role in shaping its policy initiatives.

Before joining Pfizer in 2007, Ms. Susman was Executive Vice President of Global Communications at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. She also held several high-level communications and government relations posts at American Express Company. She serves on the Board of The International Rescue Committee, for which she chairs the Health Subcommittee, and was appointed by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg to the New York City Commission on Women's Issues. Ms. Susman holds a bachelor of arts in government from Connecticut College and studied at the London School of Economics. She lives with her family in New York City.

Known for his passion, tenacity, and entrepreneurial spirit, David R. Weinreb is a real estate veteran who served as cofounder, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of The Howard Hughes Corporation from 2010 to 2019. Mr. Weinreb directed the company's efforts since its inception, building a portfolio of some of the most sought-after real estate in the country. His vision, leadership, and acumen led him to be honored with the 2013 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in Real Estate for the region. Additionally, he was named as one of the Top 200 CEOs in the U.S. by ExecRank and listed multiple times in the Commercial Observer Power 100 as one of the most powerful people in New York City real estate.

Prior to leading the emergence of The Howard Hughes Corporation as a publicly traded company, Mr. Weinreb spent 17 years as sole owner, Chairman and CEO of TPMC Realty Corporation, a company he built into a multi-faceted investment firm.

Mr. Weinreb began his real estate career in the 1980s in New York City. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Weinreb's deep commitment to philanthropy spans local and national causes, including serving on the national board of the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation.

Paula Zahn is a veteran news journalist who is currently the host and executive producer of Investigation Discovery ID's highly successful "On the Case with Paula Zahn." She is also the co-host of "Sunday Arts," WNET-TV's weekly program on culture and the arts. Prior to those assignments, Ms. Zahn worked at CNN for six years where she was anchor of both primetime and morning news shows.

Before joining CNN, Ms. Zahn was host of "The Edge with Paula Zahn" on Fox News Channel. She spent 10 years at CBS News, where she co-hosted CBS This Morning and anchored the CBS Evening News, Saturday Edition. During a stint at ABC News, Ms. Zahn served as co-anchor of World News This Morning and anchored news segments of Good Morning America. Ms. Zahn has won eight Emmy Awards, the National Commission of Working Women Broadcasting Award and seven Gracie Awards for her reporting on women's issues. In addition, she has been a longtime advocate for women's health and has received national recognition for her reporting on cancer.

Dr. Zetterberg is a Professor of Neurochemistry at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and University College London, UK, and a Clinical Chemist at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden. He is Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Neurochemistry at the University of Gothenburg, leads the UK DRI Fluid Biomarker Laboratory at UCL, and is a Key Member of the Hong Kong Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases and a Visiting Professor in the UW Department of Medicine, School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, Wisconsin. His main research focus and clinical interest are the development, validation and clinical implementation of fluid biomarkers for brain diseases, neurodegenerative diseases in particular.
