The TCS New York City Marathon is more than a marathon. It’s a journey that starts long before the last 26.2 miles. It’s 50,000 runners in the greatest city in the world, joined together across 5 boroughs with one goal in mind—to help you cross the finish line.

By running on Team ADDF, you have the opportunity to make your miles meaningful and support the ADDF's work to rapidly accelerate the development of drugs to prevent, treat and cure Alzheimer's disease.

100% of every donation to our team goes directly to advancing Alzheimer’s research. The ADDF's leadership and contributions to the field have played a pivotal role in bringing the first Alzheimer's PET scan (Amyvid®) and blood test (PrecivityAD®) to market, as well as fueling the current robust and diverse drug pipeline. Through the generosity of its donors, the ADDF has awarded nearly $394 million to fund 792 Alzheimer's drug development, biomarker, and prevention programs in 21 countries.
