The ADDF’s Twelfth Annual Fall Symposium & Luncheon featuring the Melvin R. Goodes Prize and The Charles Evans Award, will be held on Thursday, October 28 at the Metropolitan Club of New York.

This year, the Melvin R. Goodes Prize for Excellence in Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery will be presented to Miia Kivipelto, MD, PhD.  Dr. Kivipelto is a groundbreaking Finnish neuroscientist who is overseeing the world’s first global initiative for preventing dementia and Alzheimer's disease, the FINGERS study.

The Charles Evans Award will be presented to Howard Kaneff and Mitchell Kaneff, for their leadership and tireless efforts on behalf of our mission. The advocacy, talent, dedication, and energy that they bring to the ADDF, continues to inspire us, and serves as a powerful example to others.
