Manufacturing of Allopregnanolone for Phase 2 Clinical Trial

This application supports the manufacturing of Allo for a Phase 2 clinical trial. ADDF previously funded a Phase 1b/2a trial of Allo which produced encouraging results.  Funding for the manufacturing of Allo is contingent on securing full funding for the Phase 2 trial from the National Institute of Aging
